Highlights of Stress Management

We must accept the reality that stress is always a part of our day to day living, we can be stressor or the object of the stressor. It is just depends on how we take it.

Yes, we can beat distress if we are physically, mentally and spiritually well- managed.

We must remember that life is a cycle of ups and downs as manifested by the different participants who described, their childhood days to their present lives, wherein almost all of their manifestations, despite their struggles in the early stage of their lives, they became triumphant, come to think of it they did their best to have an education and pursued in their respectives.

To sum it up, love is the solution to all, love of god, love of self and love of your aspiration. Always think positive.

Never regret anything that has happened in our past. It can be changed or cannot be changed, it has been done or forgotten, but we will always take it as a lesson learned.
